Rejecting God for the Shoah?!

Rejecting God out of bitterness or animosity, "because if God existed and were love, none of this would ever have happened." Or would it?!

Bible warns against bitterness

God is not a tyrant; you can certainly express your displeasure, incomprehension, and irritation to Him. You can also ask for an explanation as to why, and ask for clarification as to why, for example. But bitterness and turning away from God leads to ruin for that person:

"Teach me to do Your Will, You are my God, let Your Good Spirit lead me upon level ground", Ps 143:10 NBV21 (translation)

"And now you want to turn away from the LORD again? As soon as you rebel against Him, His anger immediately strikes the whole people," Joshua 22:18 NBV21 (translation)

Learning moments can be harsh

How often did Israel go against God, and how many times did God turn away from the people of Israel, handing them over to their enemies, mostly into a subordinate or slave existence? Sacrificing to idols, making and worshipping idols, and failing to do God's Will are major causes. The people repented, and God renewed His Covenant with them. But there are deeds from which one cannot turn back. Crude 'mistakes' then lead to brutal learning moments...

Unfortunately, in the New Testament, the Jews went a step further; from bad to worst. They accused the son of the one true God on false grounds, took him prisoner, handed him over to the Roman enemy, and requested that he be killed, which the Romans then did by means of the extremely painful crucifixion.  Something that King David had also indirectly done with Uriah the Hittite: having him killed by "an enemy sword" to benefit from it himself:

"Why have you despised the word of the LORD, and done what is evil in His Sight? You struck down Uriah the Hittite with the sword; you took his wife as your wife, and you killed him with the sword of the Ammonites. Now then, the sword shall never depart from your house, because you have despised Me," 2 Sam 12:9-10 NBG51 (translation)

Yeshua the king and Messiah who was sent by God YHWH was thus rejected, and thereby also God who had sent him:

"This is eternal life: that they may know Thee, the one true God, and Christ Yeshua whom Thou have sent," John 17:3 AV

Elisha: 42 young men torn apart

We know from the story of the prophet Elisha that rejecting, mocking, or tormenting a sent messenger of God (regarding his predecessor Elijah) can have extreme consequences: 2 Kings 2:23-24.

Elisha cursed the group of taunting mockers in the name of YHWH.  Then two she-bears came out of the forest and tore the whole group to shreds...

"Elisha looked back, and when he saw the youngsters, he cursed them in the name of YHWH (#03068). Immediately two she-bears came out of the forest and tore forty-two of the young people to shreds.", 2 Kings 2:23 NBV21 translation

#03068 YHWH, YAHWEH; name of God.

God's Wrath upon the Jews

A false testimony and accusation, ordering the murder of an envoy of God and having him murdered. And that envoy was, moreover, the son of the one true God. That is quite a lot more than mocking Elijah through Elisha! God is a God of Love, but HE will certainly punish such wickedness very severely! God's Wrath was and is (!) also very intense and multifaceted:

1. The priesthood was taken away from Israel and given to Gentiles.

2. The Jews who rejected Yeshua received a stupor spirit from then on and can no longer come to God. Thus they are lost forever.

3. The Blessing is taken away from the Jews: war, diseases, terrorism, the diaspora, etc., will befall them.

Blessing & Protection gone

Without God's Blessing, Protection is gone and you fall prey to, for example, other, malicious people such as the Nazis: leading to the "Shoah catastrophe".

And mind you: nothing has changed in the situation between the people of Israel and God, for both Judaism and Messianism (!) still reject Christ Yeshua as the created Messiah and High Priest of the one true God YHWH!

So the catastrophes, terrorism, wars, internal/political discord and other misery continue to haunt them, even worldwide. And the cause is their unchanged choice against accepting Christ Yeshua as the Messiah/High Priest of the one true God YHWH.

Lay aside bitterness & animosity!

No matter how terrible the Shoah was: it is now high time to take sincerity as a starting point and learn from this suffering!

Turn away from hostile, bitter, and rejecting behavior towards God.  Rather put on the penitential garment and now *do* accept Yeshua as Gods sent Servant, Messiah and Heavenly High Priest!

Ask God for forgiveness personally, albeit by appealing to Yeshua. Acknowledge Yeshua now as Lord of God YHWH and you will be saved, says Romans 10:9 as follows:

"Confess Christ as Lord and believe with your heart that God raised him from the dead and you will be saved." GNB translation

Coming to God only through Christ

God has determined that no one can come to Him except through Christ: Jew and Gentile

Coming to Christ Yeshua happens through believer's baptism by immersion in His name, Gal 3:27, Acts 19:5, Acts 8:16.

Coming to God happens (after baptism) through prayer with the laying on of hands, through which you also receive the gifts of the Spirit and Guidance, Acts19:6, Acts8:17-18.

Not through church Babylon!

The churches do not believe in 1 true God YHWH who is a Spirit (John 4:24) and in 1 Lord Christ Yeshua, John 17:3.  Churches believe in the trinity godhead-idol or a condensed biunity or simply in a god, and are thus effectively in Babylon where God is calling His People out of!

Make sure you are ready!

God's Wrath will be extinguished and He will lift the stupor spirit from the Jews.  Whoever has then cast off his/her hostile bitterness and acknowledges Yeshua, there is still the possibility to enter unto God YHWH through Christ. Read about it here!

Forget the unpleasant past, just as God will, and start anew: with a sincere heart in humility and with faith in Yeshua as Lord of the one true God. And you will be saved.
