Created Anointed Co-worker & Assistent
God created Christ first (Col1:15) as an assistant for His Plans before, during- & after Creation; and to save the people from their sins, which is the exact meaning of his true name: Yeshua!
"He (Christ) is the (visible) image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities —all things were created through him and for him." Col 1:15-16
Christ Yeshua was born first of all Creation and was created before Creation as we can read in Proverbs8:22-31 in which Christ himself tells about it:
"“YHWH possessed me at the beginning of his work, the first of His acts of old. Ages ago I was set up, at the first, before the beginning of the earth. When there were no depths I was born, when there were no springs abounding with water. Before the mountains had been shaped,
before the hills, I was born, before He had made the earth with its fields, or the first of the dust of the world. When He established the heavens, I was there; when He drew a circle on the face of the deep, when He made firm the skies above, when He established the fountains of the deep, when He assigned to the sea its limit, so that the waters might not transgress His Command, when He marked out the foundations of the earth, then I was beside Him, like a Master Workman, and I was daily his delight, rejoicing before Him always, rejoicing in His inhabited world and delighting in the children of Adam* ", Proverbs8:22-31.
*Many Bibles translate verse31 with "man", but in this case in the basic Scripture the name "Adam" (Strong 0120; Adam) is used and a better translation!
Christ personifies The Wisdom of God
Proverbs 8 is titled "The Wisdom of God", because God created Christ as first as an answer to the Inherital Sin that Adam and Eve would bring into the world for all humans. So Christ embodies that Wisdom of God as we also know from 1Cor1:24 saying:
"Christ is the Power of God and the Wisdom of God".
A born "Workman" with a body
Christ was created and born thus a creature with a visible body (Col1:15). He however lived in God's Eternal Glory (John17:5) and thus had eternal life and can be called "god" or "godly" just as the angels. Yet there is only 1 true God and 1 Lord Christ Yeshua (1Cor8:5-6):
"And now, Father, glorify me at your side with the glory I had with you before the world was created.", John17:5
"For although there may be so-called gods in heaven or on earth —as indeed there are many “gods” and many “lords”— yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.", 1Cor8:5-6.
God YHWH and Christ are a Working Unity; God inspired Christ literally and figuratively to create and so Christ acted as God's Master Workman as we know from Proverbs8:30 saying:
"then I was beside Him, like a Master Workman".
But we also know from Col1:16 and 1Cor8:6 all things were created through him and unto him" (read italic underlined above in those verses).
Christ workman in more ways!
So Christ was the Co-Creator & Assistant; Master Workman during Creation. Then you also understand the following better:
"Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness.", Genesis 1:26
Humans were given a body like Christ has a body and a spirit like God is a Spirit (John4:24). Thus humans look like Christ and like God.
"God is a Spirit", John4:24
But Christ has more tasks/jobs to serve God that God created him for:
* Christ is the Lord of God, Romans 10:9.
* Christ is the sent Savior of God, John17:3, Titus 1:4, 2Tim1:10.
* Christ is the HighPriest of God, Hebrews 5:5, Hebrews6:20
"Confess Christ as Lord and believe with your heart God raised him from the dead and you will be saved", Rom10:9.
"This is life eternal: that they know Thee, the one true God, and Christ Yeshua whom Thou has sent", John17:3
"So also Christ did not exalt himself to be made a High Priest, but was appointed by Him who said to him, “You are my Son, today I have begotten you”, Hebrews5:5.
"where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf, having become a High Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.", Hebrews6:20
Christ always had a body
Christ always had a visible body unlike God YHWH Who is a Spirit. And we know it is also a tangible body because Christ said to Thomas to touch him after the Resurrection:
"Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here, and see my hands; and put out your hand, and place it in my side. Do not disbelieve, but believe.”, John20:27.
Christ was and is a Servant of God
And with that created body Christ has served God and will always serve God.
Currently as Savior and HighPriest of God, but in the future as the Ambassador of God on the new Earth:
"And I saw no temple in the city, for its temple is the Lord God the Almighty and the Lamb. And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and its lamp is the Lamb.", Rev21:22-23.
Christ will rule the Earth in person, but with the Aid of God YHWH Who is a Spirit.
Finding the narrow path?!
