In the first centuries, Christians met in person in their own homes/living rooms, where usually women were in charge!
Roman Emperors Intervene
It was primarily women who opened their homes for the Assembly and thus also served as leaders in the Christian community. Pagan Rome, however, held different views regarding faith and the role of women. Consequently, the many homes of those women were seized, the women raped and murdered, and the Assembly was formalized and institutionalized into what we now know as "church Christianity"; "Roman fascism" under the leadership of men and state...
Formal Church Worldly Organized
Current churches are all worldly organizations with a pagan idol (following the RCC example). That goes hand in hand, of course! And also with Babylonian festivals, the Tax deals, politics, voting, hierarchy, remuneration, and with the Babylonian church faith.
Back to biblical, real & personal
People are walking along en masse, totally deceived and misled, in what is only seemingly Christian and thus growing into a fruit of the Evil One. No time like the present to turn away from that broad road leading to massive deception and eternal death and instead chosing to walk on the personal, narrow path without that church idolatry from which God calls us out of:
"With a mighty voice he cried: ‘Fallen, fallen is Babylon, the great city!’, Rev 18:2 GNB
"Then I heard another voice from heaven: ‘Come out of her, my people, that you will not partake in her sins and that you will be spared from the plagues that strike her,’" Rev 18:4 GNB
Truly biblical faith does not begin with a mass of people simultaneously in large buildings under a worldly, pagan church organization, but personally, in the small, by knowing God YHWH and His Christ Yeshua, by learning by heart and doing God's 10 Commandments & Will, by praying to God YHWH and to Christ Yeshua, praising and glorifying them, thanking and asking. Reading the Bible together, singing, for example. And thus, on the narrow path, heavenly organized!
In your own home & living
You make it personal again in your own home and living room, where you meet each other on equal footing. If that is still too dangerous or a risk: get to know each other better first while walking in nature and feel each other out there to determine motives and spiritual state. Test the person opposite you; ask God for help in the name of Yeshua (John16:23) beforehand and during the meeting or walk. As soon as there is sufficient "common ground" and trust: the living room meeting.
Faith & 10 Commandments
The most important thing is that both knowledge of faith (1 God and 1 Lord Christ Yeshua, John 17:3 + John 14:1 + Rom 10:9) and the life of faith (= knowing and striving for the 10 Commandments!) are aligned, so that you can speak of a life of faith of Biblical Christians. Addictions do not fit in with this, nor does loveless and therefore unhealthy eating, nor does fornication/lack of sexual morality. Personal guidance in this regard and praying for help and support are very important. More important than extensive Bible knowledge and sermons!
No one is without sin
Be well aware that new interested parties are never without sin, and also that even experienced Christians still sin unexpectedly. Many interested parties will therefore be spiritually too unclean to feel connected to, but as soon as a new relationship is formed, old paths are abandoned, a "washing" has taken place, and reunion with God YHWH—who is a Spirit (John 4:24)—has occurred following prayer with the laying on of hands, they will shine like precious gemstones; even for those who are still living an old life...
Do not draw attention
Keep that living room gathering small; do not cause noise pollution or parking nuisance. Do not draw attention, but rather operate discreetly. Do not let slip any information and ask your visitors to keep the meeting a private matter; a mutual private matter.
Baptism in nature
The same applies to baptism. Turn it into a day out to a quiet spot by a lake, a river, or in a small private swimming pool. Bring a blanket and towels, and some food and drink. Hold a silent prayer beforehand. Enter the water together and baptize the person in the name of Yeshua (Acts 19:5, Galatians 3:27). After the baptism, you can also pray with the laying on of hands in the water, on the bank, or simply elsewhere later on.
Unpaid / no entrance fee
Later on, the convert can also make his or her living room available in due time; naturally, this is also unpaid and without an entrance fee. What is allowed, however, is to bring fruit, something tasty, something to drink, or dried tea, for example; something you could also bring to a festive occasion with acquaintances, friends, or family.
Keep limited contact
God gives the Gifts of the Spirit, and by the command of Christ, Christians go out individually equipped. No two Christians are the same, nor are they the same for the same task or for people to be served. So you do not stay stuck in the living room where you came to faith, but you open up your own living room. In this way, you are actively involved and grow in the needed Fruit of the Spirit.
Nevertheless, maintaining limited contact with "your old living room" is important. They have become your family in Christ. You are also their joy. Through contact, both can learn and grow together, or support each other where necessary. So do not become estranged from one another. And try to avoid mutual irritation or discord. And as an equal in Christ, you will never look down on the one who baptized you, regardless of the complexity of the task God has led you to or doubts sown within you!
Prayer above study & sermon
It is important that you know what you believe and that you believe what you know. And that you maintain your knowledge of faith and that your life of faith is in accordance with it. Knowing God's 10 Commandments by heart, knowing what sinning is, knowing what fornication is, and how to receive forgiveness in the name of Christ Yeshua is the most important foundation!
Furthermore, it is primarily prayer and intercession that are leading. Thanksgiving, praise, asking for Protection and Guidance. Sincerity, authenticity, and therefore prayer, which is very relevant. That, too, is being an active Christian; also for others through intercession. And on top of that, of course, the use of the specific Gifts of the Spirit for this purpose. Always unpaid and without any reciprocal service!
