The Bible tells us that the Endtime is recognizable by natural disasters, wars and famines. And that is precisely what is happening more and more intensely and will result in increasingly intense Christian persecution by apostate believers...
"And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and earthquakes, in various places, and in other places", Matthew 24:6-7.
Today, 30 October 2024, in the news: severe flooding in Spain and France. War in Ukraine and Israel. Terrorism is a global problem. Hurricanes now alternate almost weekly and even in Europe we are confronted with the tails of them. Earthquakes and sinkholes have also become very normal.
Famine is often hushed up in the news and is continuously present in, for example, Nigeria, the Arabian Peninsula and in Africa and Latin America. Undoubtedly in even more places.
And epidemics were also global, sometimes more local. Covid is still not gone, but even more deadly infectious diseases were also around. But: it will get even worse:
"But all these are only the beginning of sorrows. They will betray you, oppress you, kill you, and all nations will hate you for my name's sake. Many will lose their faith. They will betray and hate one another. Many false prophets will arise and lead many astray", Matthew 24:8-11.
So many (church) believers lose their faith and there are many church believers who generally have a "good life faith"; a new-age faith. They think that their church Christianity will bring them to a rich life full of happiness and without setbacks as if their eternal life in heaven with God has already begun. Hence the disaster, war, earthquake, persecution and hunger make them fall away from their church faith! The church Babylon is spiritually led or misled by the devil, hence that church vision, but also their apostasy and that they betray, hate and put each other to death...
But there is more going on: also how the citizens behave will become highly reprehensible, going against God's 10 Commandments (the Law for Christians: James 2:10-11; Revelation 14:12). Theft, murder, rape, idolatry, divorces, envy, etc. have become very common and massively of every day. And that is also the case.
"And because contempt for the Law will increase, the love of most will grow cold.", Matthew 24:12
In that total coarsening of citizens and thus society as a whole, the persecution of Christians will also become extremely intense; not only by governments, idolatrous religions or politics, but also by churches and/or apostate believers. Yet there is good news for true Christians:
"But whoever endures to the end will be saved", Matthew 24:13.
It is therefore important for church believers to make the transition to the Christian faith, i.e. to step out of church Babylon. In order to then be spiritually reunited with God YHWH who is a Spirit (John 4:24) through Christ with the embraced biblical faith.
The Endtime signs make it clear that we are really at the end and that before the persecutions become even more intense, it is important to already be on God's side. Because the "church Christianity Babylonians" will become fierce persecutors of Christians!
