Alleviating the effects of the Covid-jabs
According to doctors & scientists (Mr. Vandenbossche; Vaccinologist/Virologist) the effects of the Covid injections/boosters on top of acute Myocarditis, Pericarditis and Guillain-Barré in the somewhat longer term are:
1. loss of innate resistance, so that you quickly get 1 or more flues, get childhood diseases again, get cancers back, and so on;
2. damage & possible scar tissue by the spike protein with possible damage to the heart, brain, uterus, blood vessels and armpits;
3. possible inflammation throughout the body with many consequences.
So I come to the following approach to somewhat alleviate or resolve the damage/consequences as far as possible:
#1. Build up resistance by: eating unprocessed plant foods and thus not having inflammatory factors from the animal protein. Fibers in the intestines lead to healthier intestines and thus to more resistance. Especially Broccoli, Kale, Brussels sprouts, Tomatoes, Spinach, Peas, Sprouts give extra resistance so eat these daily.
Extra1: drink Moringa powder Latte with boiling water daily. Moringa is also called the natural multivitamin.
Extra2: use vitamin D3 and Magnesium Citrate daily.
#2. DNA repair by eating Sirtuins (and/or activation via sauna, fasting, cold and if you already eat like that). Sirtfoods are 1. Resveratrol + 2. Quercetin + 3. Vitamin B3 in respectively (1) peanuts, raisins, berries, grapes; (2) apples, berries, kale, red cabbage, red onion, capers, sweet potato; (3) sunflower seeds, legumes, green vegetables, whole grains.
Definitely eat NO more animal food (= no eggs, dairy, meat, fish, etc.!) otherwise the DNA repair will not work!!!
#3. Turmeric, Cardamom and Ginger powder are anti-inflammatory/painkillers and turmeric also counteracts all stages of cancer. Sniff some of this daily in your oatmeal or other food. Preferably several times a day. Definitely no supplements of this!!!
Berries, cherries, leafy vegetables, broccoli, bell peppers and oranges also counteract inflammatory factors! So definitely eat those daily.
The important thing overall is to permanently stop eating all animal food and to start defatting via oatmeal porridge. This will make you slimmer, healthier and more energetic. With 1. to 4. and these last instructions you have the best chances in the fight against the consequences of the Covid injections.
Good health & resistance always start with eating only unprocessed Plantbased food, rich in starch, without added oil or fat. Preferably unsprayed/without pesticides. Daily exercise is also necessary.
Don't wait to switch to this Plant-based diet until you notice the first bad effects of the Covid injections! Be in time and preferably start now. That way* you are also doing well in the fight against Obesity, Cardiovascular Disease, COPD, Diabetes, Cancer, and so on.
PS: my approach doesn't assure you'll be cured but overall can provide better resistance, DNA repair and countering inflammations. Thus your body has better chances.
