Real food or not?!

A healthy body or healthy temple depends on the food you consume.  Only: is everything we eat really food?!

Food causes trend break with healthy past

At a time when we see mass obesity and overweight, adult onset diabetes at an increasingly younger age, chronic diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc., you can't just dismiss all that with bad luck or bad genes.  Especially when you know that these common diseases hardly occurred 60 years ago!  What has changed enormously in the meantime?  The mass availability of mainly unhealthy, fatty, animal food!

Lots of meat, fish, fat & dairy

The post-war food programs through the United States and Nations made animal food available en masse and at very low prices here in the EU as well as in the US itself.  From the 1970s, the fast food chains also shot up like mushrooms and from the year 2000 it only went faster.  In the meantime, there are at least 3 fast food shops in many shopping streets, but you can also place your orders by telephone and they will be delivered to your home by E-bike, so you no longer have to put any energy into getting and eating mainly greasy, animal bites that mainly consist of refined nutrients, eggs, dairy, meat and oil.  At the same time, massive overweight and obesity developed, followed by cardiovascular disease, cancers, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, and so on.  So not a coincidence.  Trend follower EU is going exactly the same massively sick path as the predecessor US of A....

Eating differently with major consequences

Obviously, the mass diseases as we know them from after the 1970s are a result of eating differently than before.  Massively different food.  In Europe, this has been clear since the 1970s, but certainly from 2000 onwards.  Those diseases were not there before and certainly not en masse.  This makes it clear to us that there is a big difference between edible & tasty on the one hand and real food & healthy on the other.  Although real healthy food can also be very tasty!

In addition to carcinogenic animal protein, animal food contains animal fat [extensively proven in scientific research;  see the China Study]. Add oil to that through baking, roasting and other preparations and you get fat on fat.  Fat that closes your inside: a totally fatty bloodstream, fatty gut, organs, skin and brain...

Fat in animal foods

• Cheese, between 40% and 60%

• Eggs, more than 25%

• Meat, between 35% and 60%

• Fish, minimum 35% and more.

However, scientific research shows that it is better for us humans to consume something of 10% fat to prevent fattening:  fatty degeneration, which also affects thin people, but is not expressed through the skin and obesity, but is limited to the bloodstream, gut and organs.

Fruit and vegetables usually contain only a few percent fat, with only peanuts, coconuts and avocados being the major exceptions.  That is why plant-based food is always the better choice than animal-based food.  That way you still get fats, because your body does need them, but always in very limited, regulated amounts through that plant-based diet.

In short:

Limit fat in your diet by eating 100% plant-based food and not adding any fat or oil to your diet.  In this way you keep your bloodstream, organs, gut and body "fat-free" and you do not get or hardly get the massive diseases of affluence and related diseases / autoimmune disease.  In addition, you have a better taste, because your taste buds do not get fat.

Animal food is unsuitable as food for humans, because it is carcinogenic due to the animal protein and is sickening due to the high amount of fat it contains.  Moreover, with animal food you also get poison, pesticides, diseases, etc.  Animal blood also causes an overabsorption of iron, which can damage your organs.

Real, healthy food is plant-based!
