Nitric Oxide can help repair the arteries through eating the following nutrients & salad:

Nitric Oxide (NO) in foods helps the repair of the walls of the arteries; NO acts as a critical signaling molecule that repairs and maintains blood vessels by triggering vasodilation—relaxing inner muscles to widen vessels—which improves blood flow, lowers blood pressure, and reduces inflammation. It helps reverse endothelial dysfunction, promoting healthier, more compliant blood vessels.

The following foods are important:

2. Romaine Salad & Balsamic vinegar
