Getting bodily fat out

Recipe - Oatmeal as a “fat drainer”!

Oatmeal contains special fibers, the so-called “beta-glucans”: insoluble fibers that absorb a lot of moisture in your intestines and thus also bind cholesterol, bile salts and fatty acids.  You then excrete this, so that you can speak of 'fat removal' and falling cholesterol levels (confirmed by EFSA 2011!).  Provided of course you don't eat added fats and oils or animal food [which always contain too much fat].

A large soup bowl with oatmeal once or twice a day (for example in the morning and evening) is therefore a good way to defat your body and suitable for lowering your cholesterol;  lasting if you keep eating it.  Here's a good and tasty recipe:

Preparation

Fill a large soup bowl or bowl with:

• About 2 tablespoons Oatmeal (preferably organic);

• 1 tablespoon of crushed linseed;

• 1 handful of raisins (best – Blue Thompsons organic);

• 1 sliced banana & 1/2 apple in pieces;

• 1 hand of crushed walnuts;

• Some cardemom, ginger powder and turmeric.

Pour some boiling or hot water over this.  Stir well until it becomes an even paste.  Let it cool slightly, then ready to eat.

Your oatmeal porridge then not only contains Beta-glucans, but also very many healthy nutrients that help you with your resistance, good bone structure, good skin and good bowel movements.  And you get vegetable fats through the broken linseed;  also a huge stool improver!

PS:  eat a maximum of 2 tablespoons of linseed per day!
