As long as you live on the world's terms, things will go reasonably well or even smoothly. But the moment you start asking questions, being critical, abstaining from what is generally accepted or normal: then you will soon get into trouble...
"If the world hates you, remember that it hated me first.
If you belonged to the world, the world would love you as its own. But the world hates you because I chose you out of the world, and you are no longer its own", John 15:18-19
Some speaking examples:
1. If you don't want to work on Saturdays
2. If you don't want to participate in lotteries
3. If you don't want Xmas, St. Martin's or Halloween
4. If you don't want the pagan church/ church days
5. If you don't eat animal products
6. If you don't drink alcohol
7. If you don't vote/engage into politics
8. If you don't want violence in games and on TV
Employers often only hire people who are available 24/7. Anyone who refuses to do so will not be hired. Or else meetings or work matters will be arranged on Saturdays. Not on church Sunday of course...
Anyone who doesn't gamble is considered boring and weird.
Anyone who doesn't participate in Santa, St. Martin's or Halloween is a child bully, boring and backward.
Anyone who doesn't follow the pagan church days is not sociable, not religious and not compliant.
Anyone who doesn't eat animal products doesn't belong, is difficult and critical. Anyone who refuses alcohol is the same.
Whoever does not vote, gives away his vote and is therefore not a participant and not social and has no right to speak.
Whoever shuns violence is a dull weakling, a wimp, someone without a backbone.
Christ did not work on the Sabbath, but brought healing and rest. The worldly Roman soldiers gambled for his clothing. He fasted for 40 days and at the end he no longer drank fermented wine. He chose the Truth and did not go along with the local rulers; neither with scribes, nor with Roman authority, nor with the king. He let himself be arrested, flogged, imprisoned and crucified...
Christians prefer to live in the footsteps of Christ their Lord and trust, just like Christ, in his and our God YHWH, John 20:17.
"I ascend to my and your Father, to my and your God", John 20:17.
Whoever does that is not loved by the world. Because the world is dominated by idolatrous demonic forces of the devil. Forces with beautiful modern names such as New Age, politics, church Christianity, Zen, regression, BigPharma, Freemasonry, Rotary, United Nations, and so on. And whoever participates, walks along or thinks along is part of it. All doors are open and will open.
The demonic forces blind people, make them deaf, aimless and often heartless. They often no longer see their fellow man, but even less their role in the suffering of their fellow man and the world. They live aimlessly and sell their lives for work, money and possessions. And they selfishly choose politics for what benefits and strengthens them in this. They trust in the demonic sources of the world and the reward for that trust makes them a slave, but also a sick person; mentally and physically.
Big houses, big cars, big bank accounts, big bellies, big vacation trips, expensive clothes. Many "friends", many followers, many fans. And often a lot of thirst, drugs, lemming behavior, problems, emptiness, common diseases, divorces and misunderstanding...
Dare to ask yourself "am I loved by this world?". To what extent do you follow the lead of the world? Do you live as normal on worldly terms and thus formed into a world citizen? Or do you choose to become and be a set-apart Christian in the footsteps of Christ and thus on heavenly terms yet not loved by this world?
Who do you belong to?
