Loosing weight with real food

Healthy, slim & full of energy always (without dieting, without effort & without sagging skin)

Like the article "Real food or not?!" concludes, there is real food - plantbased food - that makes and keeps you healthy. But is there also edible stuff that should not bear the name 'food' and which you certainly should not call so.  That animal food [meat, fish, dairy, eggs, etc.] causes cancer, obesity and many other diseases, caused in particular by the animal protein, the large amount of fat , animal hormones and the toxins contained therein, chemical pharmaceutical substances and (animal) diseases.  In addition, animal food does not contain fiber, which is very important for us humans, namely for your intestines and for the digestion of your food and the removal of fat and other substances.  Animal food also acidifies your body and breaks it down.

How do you get rid of that poisoning, fattening, acidification and cancer?

Stop eating animal food completely;  no dairy, no meat, no fish, no eggs, etc. No more eating or drinking animal products.

Completely stop adding oil/fat to your food, drinks and nutrition.

 • Stop preparing your food in or using fat or oil.

Stop spreading butter or oil on your bread.

At the same time, it is important to proceed differently, namely:

START removing fat from your body by: eating oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of broken linseed 1 to 2 times a day.

 • START draining toxins from your body by: (instead of coffee) drink detox tea at least 4 times a day.  Green tea with other teas.

START by taking in good nutrients through eating green vegetables, fruit, beans, lentils, whole grain products, and so on.

START with more exercise: at least 1 hour of brisk walking per day, sports, training, etc.

 • START by consciously obtaining fats only from vegetable sources, namely seeds, nuts, kernels or fruits.  In particular from broken linseed, 1 handful of nuts per day, sunflower seeds, olives, etc.

Losing weight & future prospects

If you stop with animalfoods and start with plamtbased foods in the above way and remain faithful to that new way in your life:

* You will lose a maximum of about 2 kg per month, until you reach your normal weight that suits your height and build.  This way your skin won't lube, which happens with a lot and fast weight loss.

* Your blood, sugar and cholesterol levels will drop, which will have enormous consequences for your medication use!

* You will start to feel better and more energetic.  So you move more and lose weight again.

This is how you become super healthy.  You have turned your food into medicine and your medicine into food.  And with that nutrition permanently in your life you stay energetic and healthy.
